What better way to gently recharge your batteries than to get some fresh air, take a deep breath and get to grips with the gentle landscapes of the Bourbonnais countryside?
Hiking is a great way to enjoy the benefits of nature, keep active and discover (or rediscover?) our countryside. From short trails for beginners and families to longer ones for the more experienced, there are at least 400 kilometres of signposted paths and tracks for you to choose from!
And if you prefer to contemplate, take in our forests, ponds and sometimes the curiosities of our natural heritage!

THE BOUTIQUE DES PRODUITS DE L'ALLIER
Located at the junction of the A71 and A79 motorways, at the entrance to the Village Etape de Montmarault, the boutique des produits de l'Allier has been selling a selection of local products for over twenty years.
With a focus on local produce and crafts, it's the ideal place to find the essentials for yourself or as a gift, to eat locally at home or take a little taste of the Bourbonnais region with you!
Around sixty producers and designers give you a choice of over 1000 products: sweet and savoury treats, wines and spirits*, textile and decorative creations, books... and of course the emblematic products of our department: Vichy pastilles and Saint-Pourçain wines*, for example!
The shop has been registered with Allier Bourbonnais Produits since 2023.
